Job Introduction

Sales & Customer Service Advisor - Aufi Contact Centre

This Position is full time working 40 hours per week, working a variation of shifts between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8.30am - 1.30pm. 

As a Sales & Customer Service Advisor you will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and care at all times. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills in order to deal with customers over the telephone. You will be quick to identify the needs of the customers and any opportunities to up-sell. You will have passion for the product and delivering incredible customer service will be evident in everything you do.  

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for understanding the customer’s needs to guide them towards the service or product that will best meet their requirements. You will take inbound calls from a central location for the entire brand across the country and process and maintain accurate records of work via an online booking system.

The role also involves a proportion of outbound reminder calls to our existing customers to advice of Service and MOT due dates and to advise on any up and coming work due based on the last visit to the dealership.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Organised and works well under pressure whilst working towards targets
  • Good level of IT skills
  • Accuracy and good attention to detail
  • The desire to improve performance with relevant up sells
  • Previous sales experience would be beneficial
  • Automotive experience would be an advantage, however full training will be give
